Where is the login? That’s all I want to do – get access to MY accounts – not read all your advertising blurb. It’s frustrating enough to make me look for another bank with a simple login page.

I agree with the above people. What on earth have you idiots done to make it so damned hard to login to Westpac.
I have just spent 1 hour and still can’t find the banking page.
How do you expect older people to understand your changes.
I would be very pleased if you could let me know what procedure to take to get to the home page so I can check my statements.
WHY DID YOU CHANGE THE SIMPLE TECHNIQUE WE HAD.

So!!! How does this work now. I used to know, now I can’t even find how to log in. What have you done? Why have you made changes from a simple system that worked perfectly to what is now something I can’t even use. Congratulations Westpac.

Give us back the simple system if I am showed the Westpac page at my local bank it is as it used to be. As it is I willnot be using internet banking p.s I rang1300655505 for assistance & was hung up on. Mike Granville

I agree with all of the adverse comments I need it simple as it used to be ,if I am showed the page at my WESTPAC BRANCH it is as it used to be.

Logging in these days is almost impossible and takes the longest time!!! feel like I’m getting the run around from one web page to another trying to find the log in site. Not good Westpac!!!!
