I have tried already more than 10 times to login to my Gap account, and have not been successful. It is very frustrating to go from site to site and never get to my account. I DO HAVE A GAP VISA CARD. Now, I need to pay my bill before Monday, July 18th 2011, and would like to pay my bill online. THE PROBLEM IS I CAN’T GET TO MY ACCOUNT. PLEASE, HELP. SEND ME THE INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO GET MY BILL PAID, BEFORE IT’S PAST DUE. THANK YOU.

I have been trying to log into my account and it will not let me in. I am trying to make a payment and I am not able to. Please e-mail me and let me know how to use the on line payment my payment is due and I need to get a payment processed. Please e-mail me directions!!!!

I have tried 30 minutes to access my account. I put in my card number and got the wrong site. I got just Gap site. Please put me back on the paper billing. This is total stupidity.

I tried several times to log in and pay my account. I called and was given a real dumbo for a representative. I asked to speak to someone else and was hung up on. My account will not be used again until your website can be accessed.
