I have been with netspend only one month an there has been two unauthorize withdrawl the first one they assure me that it would be credit to my account in seven days at the end of the seventh days;i got back in touch with them only to be told to contact the merchant who withdrawl the money here it is seven days later the merchant give me aweb site that i still havent been able to access;now here it is the 14 of march there has been another unauthorize withdrawl but it after 10;00 pm and they are close i will be closing my account with this company soon as possible;I will advise you dont try netspend it a night mare.

i got a new card because my other one expired my new one is a master card an i cannot get the website to except the new card so i have to keep paying 50 cents to get my balance i also forgot my password an users name i applied for it with no success

what can i say i was robbed and want my money, and to know where it went all i get is transation fees when i call except fo9r one purchase of 106. whyich i kno what it is. im suspecteding my roomate or double billing on utility bills which wo9uld still leave 395. unless utility bills either double billed or someone double dipped??? please this is my only income
