Dear Customer Service at Yahoo,
I have been over a month without email service and have tried all the usual options unsuccessfully.
Please help. I just keep getting the blog that I have an incorrect user ID and/or password.

I’,m writing to you because I haven’t been able to sign in to my above email address because I misspelled my password. Which is amirsehi because I can’t see the letters because they show up as dots. i have injury related dislexia.

My email automatically sent out a email link to a medical store site, it mailed it to about 10 of my contacts.
I did not send it and there is no record of it in my sent box.
Several of my contacts have also experienced this and i have also received the same type of email from them, so this is happening to other yahoo email accounts as well.
This is a problem because my contacts are confidential and are being compromised.
Yahoo email customer support needs to get this problem resolved quickly, or they will start loosing many customers.
Also, contacting yahoo is really hard and a lot of people are having a hard time getting help as well.

I have not been able to send, receive, delete or IM anything for over 24 hours. Can’t email Yahoo since I can’t send emails. Called Customer Care was told to go to website. All other internet services is fine. Virus scan is clean. How do you get something fixed when you can’t reach anyone. Home#951-301-5330
