I was released from the Indian Navy after expiry of initial engagement of ten year service

inthe year 1976. As per sixth pay commission report, the civilian employees working in the civil

service are entitled for minimun pension of Rs 3500 PM. Pleas conform as per Swami pension Rules

minimum pesion of Rs 3500/- also applicable to a sailor who had been released from the service

after 10 years as in the case of a civilian.

    Sir
I have requested to clarify the minimum pension is applicable to a sailor who has been released from the Navy after expiry of 10 yrs service. I was not kept in reserve. Under Rule 49 (6) minimum pension of Rs 3500/- to be applied separately for civil pension and military pension for re employed Military pensioners. Pl note that as per 6CPC report qualifying service of 33 years is dispensed and as such, the counting past military service for pension is of no use and

rule No 19 CCS pension Rules has become nul and void

In actuality, scientist do know, for a fact, that in outer space exists a galaxy (galactic plain or Galactic Equator), the Milky Way. Our solar system moves above and below this plain. Now, as the stars and planets approach this galactic plain, there will occur a gravitational influence (pull) which increases the closer our planet gets to it.

Please reconsider the decision take on SEs not available on navpay website and the site is available only for retired personnel. It is not possible for every one to log on to naval INTRANET site. Personnel serving in small units, detachments, NCC units, attached with other forces and on deputation not provided with intranet facilities. u can modify the procedure for login, but it should be available for all.The site not only for SEs, but also various details available for personnel interest. The very important thing is the majority of serving personnel are unaware of ” NAVAL INTRANET and WHAT IT IS”. So pl reconsider……………………

  10. By S Singh at 9th August, 2010

Sir, I was retired from Indian Navy on 31 May 2008 after completion of 20 years of service. My PO seniority was 01 Aug 2000. As per new pension my juniors who retired in Jul 2008 after 15 years of service, they are getting pension more than me or slightly difference of 100 Rs.
On contact to NPO, It was revealed that the corrected PPOs issued after implementation of pay commission were miscalculated and hence new PPOs are to be forwarded to the individuals. My present pension in hand is Rs 6090/-.
    Plz kindly clarify the doubt

    Thanks

    S Singh
