The official website of National Do Not Call Registry is www.ndncregistry.gov.in. The main aim of the National Do Not Call Registry (NDNC Registry) is to restrain Unsolicited Commercial Communication (UCC). The NDNC registry means data base which contains the list of all telephone numbers of the person who do not want to receive UCC message. Through NDNC Registry you can easily stop that messages which you do not want to receive on your (landline or mobile).

NDNC Registry India - National Do Not Call Registry User RegistrationWithin 45 days of receipt, Telecom Service provider will upload the telephone number to the NDNC. If you registered once then you will not receive any call from any Telemarketer for any services or information about goods. If you receive any UCC message from any Telemarketers then you can take objection against the telemarketers. The Telemarketers have to pay the penalty to the service provider for each call.

If you want to register yourself, then you just need to dial 1909 or you can also SMS to 1909 with keywords ‘START DND’ for registration and ‘STOP DND’ for de-registration. You can also check the status of your landline or mobile phone. Just enter the phone number and click on “search” button. How to register online?

  • Enter the name of Company and office address.
  • Then you have to select the city name, state and enter the pincode.
  • Enter the phone number and fax number.
  • Then you have to enter the e-mail Id and website.
  • And you also have to enter the details like your name, address, phone number.

How to file a Complaint?

You can also file a complaint to their telecom service provider, if you receive any Unsolicited Commercial Communications (UCC) even after 45 days of registering. If you want to register the complaint then you have to submit the details of call when you had received this call at what time/date and type of message.
