Nokia, the popular handset manufacturer has launched trio Smartphones with NFC technology: Nokia 600, Nokia 700, and Nokia 701. These devices run on Symbian Belle operating system. All three Smartphones have 1 GHz processors and 6 home screens. Single-tap with NFC technology in Nokia‘s Smartphones will enable sharing and pairing capabilities.
NFC, wireless technology in Nokia’s Smartphones will be able to exchange content, use coupons and connect to other devices. Nokia has installed NFC tags at retail store so that customers can discover content and download apps by putting their phone on the tag. Most of the features in these Smartphones are same but the design, display technology, and other extra features included in each handset create difference in the Smartphones.
Nokia 600 features a 3.2 nHd touch screen display, up to 32 GB memory, 5MP FF camera with LED flash. Nokia 700 has 3.2 AMOLED ClearBlack display with Gorilla Glass, up to 34GB storage, and a 5MP AF camera with LED flash. Where as Nokia 701 includes 3.5 inch IPS-LCD display with ClearBlack technology & Gorilla Glass, 2x digital zoom, up to 40 GB memory, 8 MP FF Camera with dual LED flash and a front-facing snapper.
Nokia 700 is the smallest and eco-friendly phone as the body is entirely made of recycled plastic while Nokia 600 is louder than Nokia 700 & Nokia 701, rated at 106 phons for loudness. Nokia 701 has the brightest display than two phones. The other differences are of dimensions and weight. Nokia 600 dimensions are 111 x 53 x 14.25 mm, weighs 100 gm and also cheapest phone compare to other two phones. The Dimensions of Nokia 700 are 110 x 50.7 x 9.7 mm and weighs 96 grams. Where as Nokia 701, dimensions are 117.2 x 56.8 x 11mm and weighs 131gm and it has four times the graphics memory than older Symbian handsets.
Nokia 600, Nokia 700, and Nokia 701 smartphones are priced at Rs. 12,999, Rs.18,099, and Rs. 18,999 respectively. The Nokia 600 has 1200 mAh battery and offers 15 hours of talk time on 2G network and 6.5 hours of talk time on 3G networks. While Nokia 700 comes with 1080 mAh battery which offers up to 7 hours of talk time over 2G and 4.5 hours of talk time on 3G. Nokia 701 has 1300 mAh battery and offers up to 7 hours of talk time on 2G and up to 6.5 hours of talk time over 3G networks. Nokia 600 will be available in three colors: Pink, Black, Lime White. Where as Nokia 700 will be available in White, Silver, Cool Grey, Peacock Blue, Coral Red and Purple colors. Nokia 701 will be available in White, Silver Light, Steel Dark, and Amethyst Violet colors.
