First of all open the website www.philippineairlines.com and click on flights option. On the new page, click “Actual flight status” option. Enter the information and click on “Departure” or “Arrival” option. But if you want to get the information about schedules, then click on “Time Table” option on the Flights page. Get the new page, enter the information and click on “Continue” and get the schedules.

You can compare fares across a seven day period. The online booking features are full of automated facility called “Calendar Pricing”, which displays the lowest fare available over a seven-day range – three days before and three days after the planned travel date. You may check fares and flight availability without doing register or log-in. You can book flights and buy tickets for family members and friends.
Search: Choose departure/arrival city, travel dates (flexible and exact), number of travelers and trip type (one way or round trip or multi-destination) and passenger type, desired cabin class & fare type (EconoLight, Economy Fiesta Fares, Business Restricted or Business Unrestricted) to price the fare.
If you select “My Travel dates are flexible” then low fare across a seven day period will be displayed. Select preferred date of travel and then preferred flight.
If you select “I must travel on these dates“, then best fare is applicable to your travel date and it will be displayed. Select preferred flight.
Review your flight details
Review your flight details and the amount of fare quoted based on your selected route. Fares are guaranteed only after payment has been made and accepted. For international flights, all fares are quoted in the currency of your first departure point except for flights originating from Manila, Jakarta and Saigon.

Enter Passengers Details
Enter the names of passengers and Mabuhay Miles Member ID. Infant’s and child’s date of birth is required. Fill in the necessary information. The e-mail address will be used to send and the itinerary receipt of your booking once it has been confirmed and payment completed.
Pay to Finalize Booking
Enter your credit card details to confirm your booking and complete purchase. Fill out the obligatory fields with “asterisk”. Only VISA and MasterCard will be accepted for online payment. Payment is required for booking. Check your personal information and the summary of your trip. When you are ready to pay, press on the “Purchase” button at the bottom of the page. Please wait for the system to process your transaction.
Important Notice
PAL reserves the right to require that the credit card used in buying the tickets online be presented at the ticket collection point, upon check-in or in cases of reissuance, rebooking or refund of a ticket to avoid deceitful transactions and to protect credit card owners.
PAL also reserves the right to require the presentation of clear photocopies of the front of the credit card and the valid PHOTO ID of the credit card owner at the ticket collection point, upon check-in and in cases of reissuance, rebooking and/or refund, if the credit card owner is not part of the traveling party and is unable to present the credit card used. To ensure that the passenger(s) comply with the requirement, it shall be the responsibility of the credit card owner.
PAL reserves the right to deny boarding to passenger or refuse to reissue, revalidate, rebook or refund a ticket for failure to comply with foregoing requirements. Without injustice to criminal prosecution under Republic Act No. 8484, PAL may cancel a confirmed reservation or may remove from any flight any passenger.
Your booking is now finalized
Your booking has been completed and your Electronic Ticket has been issued. They recommend that you take note of this Reservation Number for reference.
You’re E-ticket Itinerary Receipt/Booking Confirmation
You will receive your e-ticket itinerary receipt through e-mail at the time of purchase. Have it printed and to gain entry into the airport bring it with you together with your valid photo ID or passport.

I made on line booking today, Oct 12, 2010 for Manila-Iloilo-Manila for November 23 to 27, 2010 and purchased the ticket through BPI Mastercard. After I clicked the purchased button, I did not received any confirmation yet. Please assist me checking my transactions if it pushed through so that I would be able to make another rebooking on line. Am afraid that my card would be charged twice, thus, I did not made another click to the purchase button.
My friend in Manila had booked a rountrip ticket from Cebu to Manila for us [friend], She gave us a confirmation number BZ5HWW. I wanted to print the itinerary as my copy, can you please send the details through my email-add? I would be glad if you could send me one.
