Education & Qualifications – Weobley High School – September 2001 to 2006.

Skills & Achievements
I have been involved in Bar work which I thought was a great experience and most enjoyable. Also I have been involved in various aspects of retail. During this time I have learnt to window dress and have gained valuable experience in ordering stock as well as stock taking. But what I enjoyed most and believe where my strengths are is working and meeting with customers as well as team building with staff members and management. I’ve also really enjoyed my temporary work with my mother at a care home in Tamworth; I have knowledge and skills in Information Computer Technology including Word, Excel Spreadsheets, and can confidently navigate around the World Wide Web including e-mail etc. I have recently passed a First Aid course.
I have worked in various administration duties as my father is a self employed Independent Financial Adviser. This includes constructing Reason Why Letters, making and confirming appointments with clients, ensuring post is processed in a timely manner and much more.
I enjoyed helping my father in this roll and would like to consider a career in clerical, administrative duties.

Hobbies and Interests
My interests include fashion and love to hear about latest trends, I enjoy listening to music; I particularly like Hardcore/R n B music. As a consequence of the above, I know I have to work hard to achieve my No’1 Hobby and Interest which is of course-
“I love to go shopping.”

Experience of the Workplace
I did work experience at River Island and enjoyed my experience there.
I also had a paper round ensuring prompt delivery of around 80 newspapers per week.
I am currently helping my father on a part time basis within Financial Services. I have also worked for “North Star Promotions”. This is a national company that delivers and merchandises stock within stores like Morrison’s, Texaco, Budgens and Co-op my responsibilities include stocktaking and uplifting stock and the completion of uplift and delivery notes which have to be signed by the branch manager. I enjoyed meeting and building up a good rapport with all branch managers who all seem to have a million and one jobs to do before signing my uplift note. I was also at Premier Foods in Ledbury, which consisted on food hygiene, food handling, packing etc. Also having to keep the place tidy and clean. Which I also enjoyed very much. I’ve also worked in a residential care home which I thought was a lovely experience meeting residents and listening to their many tails. This also consisted of cleaning i.e hovering, polishing etc. I also enjoyed my experiences working in a bar within an exclusive Restaurant where waitressing was involved also. What I really enjoyed was meeting new faces every day and getting to know the locals is great. I would like to think one day I’ll be running/working within my own business dealing with the public one way or another as I feel one of my best qualities is my friendly personality and willingness to get on with people!
