This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Regus Management Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Eligibility :

The Regus Win an Office Sweepstakes is open to any business entity, franchise or homebased business, that, at the time of entry submission: (i) has their/its principal office (including home office) within any of the 50 states of the United States of America and the District of Columbia (“Participant”).

Promotion Period :

The Regus Win an Office Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. on October 12, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2009.

How To Enter :

To enter, a Participant must visit RegusNewYork.com and complete all of the required fields of the Sweepstakes online entry form.

Limit :

Only one (1) entry per Participant will be accepted.

Total ARV of all prizes: $30,000 – $72,000

Prize (s):

The prize to be awarded is the right to use a fully-furnished office for twelve consecutive months ending no later than December 31, 2011 in a Sponsor business center location to be selected by the Winner from among Sponsor’s 18 locations in Manhattan, New York based on availability (but with the specific location of the office within the building at that location to be determined by Sponsor).

The office will be available to the Winner on a 24/7 basis and includes high-speed internet access, telephone answering service during normal business hours, a receptionist and welcoming area, on-site administration, IT support, digital telephone service, unlimited local telephone calls, office cleaning services, and multiaccess T-1 and telephone ports.

Winner Notification:

One (1) Winner will be selected via a random drawing from the pool of all eligible entries received by sponsor. The winner will be notified on or about January 15, 2010 via the telephone number listed on his/her/its entry form or by email if the winner does not list a telephone number on his/her/its entry form.

Publicity, Press releases:

A participant may not issue press releases or other publicity in connection with his/her/its participation in the Sweepstakes.
