I’m glad that I’m not the only one having this problem!!!!! I have been trying to login to check my spousal support with my MISDU acc’t for deposits and usually print out my statements too, but when I try to login and put my user I.D. it comes out in CAPS and won’t let me put my password in. Someone at the company has put a cap hold on whatever and it seems there is no way to contact them!!!!!! HELP!!!!!! SOON!!!!
Ok now that the unemployment extension has passed I have a decent sun of money coming. I hope. I cannot login to see my balance. I choose my state(NE-Child Support) and then I put in my User ID and click continue. When I click continue red letters come up reading, “One or more field values entered are incorrect”. I also tried Forgot Your User ID? and when I put in my info it says that the info is incorrect.
