The latest addition to the list is Eken, which is planning to introduce a new tablet computer in the industry.
The first quaetion that comes to my mind whenever I see a new tablet computer is that How is this thing different from the others present in the market? Well in this case the answer was obvious the device is ultra-thin and that is the best feature of the device. We are not saying that there is nothing left to talk about in the device once we are done with the farm factor, The tablet is also some decent enough specs which are enough for it be an option for the new tablet buyers.
Eken M005 tablet comes preloaded with Android operating system and consists of a lot of sizzling features. Wi-Fi connectivity is also provided with this new Eken M005 tablet along with 8 inches of screen and 400 MHz VIA 8505 processor. The device will ship in the golden color which just brightens the day of the end users of the device. It will be tagged somewhere around the $ 120 mark hence making it a completely low range tablet. The device carries a roughly around 500 Mhz processor which does not guarantee optimal performance but does promise a smooth running of compatible applications.
The built in ROM is also not something that the company can be proud of but noe the less proves to be just enough. The thickness of the device is comparable to the Apple iPad but the feautres come nowhere close.
