Presently, Ryan serves on the National Committee for Certification of Professional Photographers. His recent awards comprise 2006 Missouri Photographer of the Year and International Photographer of the Year 2007, 2008 and 2009. Golden Bellows Awards from the Professional Photographers Association of Greater Kansas City in 2007, 2008, and 2009 and he is also the receiver of two Fuji Masterpiece awards.
