I bought a 1 ton split A/c of Samsung in 2007. Now the compressor is out. I asked the Samsung service to attend. After several calls after four days they came and removed the compressor and kept it in my home itself.. They said it will take another 20 days to replace it. This assurance is also not confirmed. It may take another several days. But I want the A c for the summer, not for the coming rainy season or winter. I want it to be repaired within one or two days. My dealer has supplied me one split A C of SAMSUNG brand model No. AS 18 NA/2009(Two Star) in Sept. 2009.This AC worked only for two days and there after it stoped cooling.The AC was checked by the authorised service company mechanic and found that the compressor was defective which was replaced by another compressor but without any good result. The mechanic recharged gas three four times but all invein. Almost ten months have passed without giving any satisfactory outcome as the summer season is again on the sliding. May I know if this model is old and obsolete as I am not able to find any litrature and details of this product.
My faith in Samsung products is vanishing and shall not ever recommend Samsung products.
