I am newly registered and I am trying to log in. I am just unable to login simply as I seem to have to go through a maze of so called beneficial information. I have logged in and then it takes me to register. Now i get a noticed that after 3 tries I will be blocked and there is no after hours service. Can you not please introduce a simpler registration process for those who are already registered for e filing. I also have problems going directly to the TD forms.

i can’t log in on my efiling i called your help line, but still the password they gave me does not work i called again they gave me a reference number they said most are traying to log in i must later but still nothing.

registered for e-filing but cannot access presently – have tried on various occasions

I have been registered by my previous bookkeepers, but do not have any information as to passwords, etc. I want to submit my return, but cannot even login or register anew. I have my tax nr. Can you help, please?

I read through comments and I have the same problem. I just want to submit my husbands tax – for he is on the road and cannot do it. Problem: I supply the login and password about 3 to 10 times a day, just to get reply: “Please make sure you have entered a correct username and password!” I have called helpline 3x – and 2x they couldn’t help, cause my it’s not MY tax – 1x he spoke to them – got all the particulars again — needless to say I receive the same message every time I try to log in. Today is the deadline; my husband is on the road, so he cannot speak to someone at the help desk — and as they told me, they cannot help me because it is not my tax. And I cannot log-in to submit his tax – I am so frustrated, because penalties will follow, and in the meantime I struggle just to send the information in. PLEASE tell me what to do !!!!!!
