what a joke, this airline is the worlds worst. rather than a cheaper and direct flight with saudi air, i use and other airline, even with non direct flights and greater prices. You would have to tie me up and carry me onto a saudi air plane if you ever wanted me on one again

As salam Alaikum, Alhamdulillah, Saudi Airlines are very good Airlines, We are Travelling since 16 years in same airlines (Saudia Airlines) but now since one yearwe are staff of Ministry of Health, single females facing the problem for the flights schedule from QASSIM – JEDDAH – HYDERABAD return also.
The schedulesa are not suitable for single females. Please help us for the connecting flight for above said. I hope Saudi Airlines people will understand our problems.This request from all staff of Ministry of Health, Singles females

I request our Saudi Airlines Management to fix CCTV camaras to see how your staff handel customers wile issueing boading pass . In RUH airport the staff is not dealing with passingers and not opening saparate counters for saparate destinations. I reached Riyadh airport 1.30Hrs priour to my flight with confirmed reservation and joined the counter que to obtain boading pass.
when reached the counter 40 minits passed and the staff on counter informed me that the flight is closed . there is no other way and no one is thre to advice any passingers except sighn boads.
so irequest the authorities to watch the pross of counters to know facts and services to improve the standards of world class airline.
