SingPass (Singapore Personal Access) is the common password to transact between different Government agencies. You can access many online service by your SingPass including enchasing you’re Economic Restructuring Shares (ERS), viewing your CPF Statement of Account, registering your company and filing your income tax. Now you can check the CPF Account Balance online by your SingPass ID and password. CPF (Central provident Fund) is the benefit retirement benefit plan. All employees and employers make compulsory contributions each month. Mycpf.cpf.gov.sg is the CPF website for Singaporeans that provides online service to manage your CPF savings better.

The Central Provident fund is an essential comprehensive social security savings plan which intends to provide working Singaporeans with a sense of security and confidence in their old age. CPF was started on 1st July, 1955.
Working Singaporeans and their employers make monthly donations to the CPF and these donations go into 3 accounts, 1)Ordinary Account: This savings can be used to buy a home, pay for CPF insurance, investment and education 2) Special accounts: This saving is used for old age, contingency purposes and investment in retirement-related financial products 3) Medisave Account: This saving can be used for hospitalization expenses and approved medical insurance.

How to Login in CPF online service with SingPass
Login to CPF online account is necessary to check your CPF account balance. For the Login process, you need compulsory Singpass Id and passwords. If you have sing pass then you can login very easily in the CPF online service, just click on the login option which is stayed on the right side of the CPF official site, Open login page, enter SingPass Id and password and do login and check your balance.
If you have no SingPass, then first apply for SingPass. You can apply for SingPass either on the spot at the nearest SingPass reset counter locations, or through the “Apply for SingPass” page. When you apply for the SingPass, you will need to bring these required documents along for verification.

Once you will get Singpass, then you will became eligible for CPF online service. You can also use the Singpass for, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, and GeBIZ.
With CPF Online service, you can mange your CPF Savings online and also will get an overview of your CPF balances and transactions in real time. You will also able to check the status of your online applications and receive personalized messages form CPF.
