The official London 2012 results app is available for iOS and Android (2.1 and above) platforms. It requires only 4.7 MB of storage space. This app allows accessing all the latest updates, schedules and results of the big events. The main app includes a wide range of features including live updates, results, calendar schedule, medal tables, athlete profiles and details of sports. Users are also allowed to follow specific countries and receive news and updates limited to them.
The ‘Results’ feature covers all the 36 Olympics sports and the 21 Paralympics sports. The ‘Calendar Schedule’ feature allows the users to see which sports are taking place in the Olympic schedule day by day.
