All I want to do is to TURN OF THE AUTO-RENEWARL FEATURE. As 1 I have bought the up to date NORTON 360 4.0 version exclusive gold edition
And have removed the old one, so as I can put the new NORTON 360 version 4,0 GOLD EDITION in.
This has know been done, but it is telling me it will automaticly take £53 pounds out.
I DO NOT WANT THIS TILL A YEAR LATER .

i am trying to turn the norton automatic payent. i no longer have the computer that the norton was used on. my wife currently has an account on another computer. i received an email stating that the payment would automatically be deducted from my account on the 24th. i dont not remember my account # , nor do i know the password. i do not wish to have this transaction to take place.
