Self-service banking

Self-service banking profile

Self-service banking profile gives you access to their range of self-service banking solutions for Internet, telephone and cellphone banking. You have to create a self-service banking profile to be able to use the above mentioned services. The benefit of Self-service banking is that it increases security and you will be notified through SMS or email when there is activity on your self-service banking profile.

Self-service banking is needed for all new and existing telephone and cellphone banking customers, Internet banking customers, and existing prepaid customers that use the telephone banking system to top-up their airtime. You will automatically have a self-service banking profile if you are an existing Internet banking customer.

Your self-service banking profile can be created by calling their Customer Contact Centre on 0860 123 000 or through the internet at its official website.

Note: You must have an ATM PIN or customer- selected PIN (CSP) and a valid Standard Bank card.

Internet banking

You will see the option of Internet banking at the homepage under the head Self-service banking. Internet banking is the perfect way to do banking from house, office or traveling as their service is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

You can access your personal and business accounts online anytime, anywhere through Internet Banking. You can view statements, make payments, apply to increase or decrease an overdraft limit, and open investment and savings accounts. All accounts can be transacted through your AutoBank, MasterCard, Business AutoBank and E Plan cards.

See the Internet banking demo and Internet banking sitemap at the top of the website and important notices, general information, functionality and other at bottom with numerous options under it.

See the option of Logon at the bottom of the page, click on it and at the next page enter Card number, Customer-selected PIN (CSP), and Password to login to access the Internet banking.
