sir, before three months i got(bought) silver pack connection.Feb 14 ,changed gold pack.after 15 days there was no balanced in my account. My id is 28636377.I asked cutomercare about it.they told that why you didnot deactivate radio channals and sports channals.so we reduced from in your account.
