sir, before three months i got(bought) silver pack connection.Feb 14 ,changed gold pack.after 15 days there was no balanced in my account. My id is 28636377.I asked cutomercare about it.they told that why you didnot deactivate radio channals and sports channals.so we reduced from in your account. I dont know about this.There is no informations about in company user guid also.It is not correct hai. It is froud hai.It is cheating hai. What is the remedy for me .It is not my fault, your fault.you never any send messages or coutions about it What will you do.Could you tell me if you reback your product from me, i will happy.Thank you.
