You must have to login at the official website of AT&T Reward Center to view a list of rewards you may have qualified for, redeem rewards on-line, print paper rebate forms, and check the status of any rewards you have redeemed.
A user is allowed to check AT&T rewards through Internet, phone, U-verse, or without the Internet by the redeem AT&T Rewards.
Internet service, advanced TV service, wireless service, home phone services, and U-verse home phone service are offered by AT&T. Open the website www.ATT.com/Rewardcenter, if you want to mange your rewards, then click on “My reward center” option. You will have to click one option from the following three:
- I want to check my reward status on my Internet, Advanced TV, Wireless, or Home Phone service(s).
- I want to check my reward status on my U-verse TV, U-verse Internet, or U-verse Home Phone service(s).
- I want to check my reward status on my Internet service, but I don’t have a home phone line.
If you click on first option, then you will have to enter your home billing telephone number and press on “Go” button.
If you click on second option, then you will have to enter your U-verse billing account number and click on “Go.”
If you click on third option, then you have to enter your DSL Direct account number and press on “Go” option.
If you want to check your AT&T Reward Visa® Prepaid Card Activity, then click on “Check AT&T Reward Visa® Prepaid Card Activity” link, which is given at the top of the page. To activate your card or check the card balance, you have to enter the first four digits of your card number and then click on the ‘continue’ button.

I started with ATT services about a month ago. I have called the reard center and they tell me that I have to wait for a month before I can claim the rewards I was offered with my enrollment. A month has gone by and there’s still nothing in my email. What should I do?
