I sent a Money Order to Capital One on 12/28/2010 for the amount of $25 to pay my monthly Payment. Guess what? Capital One tells me that they have NOT Received that Payment . . .
as of this date: January 27th, 2011 which is Today . . . Please send Me a “Claim Card” so that I may correct this Problem as soon as You can . . .
