Dear Sirs,
I received a gift card for my birthday August 14, 2010. When I went to use my new $25.00 card the lady at the Barstow, Ca. Starbucks said there was only $1.60 on the card. I have kept the packing the card came in case I needed it to register the card on line. My question is how do I resolve this situation? I really enjoy your coffee. Thank you for your help.
