Here we go again. I am still trying to locate the track button. It is non existent and when you want an e mail address why dont you say so? "mail' is ambiguous. I took it to be my postal address. This is a terrible system. Alexander Macklin

Hi
I just used the tracking # to track a parcel I sent to Edmonton a couple of days ago. It was successfully delivered. I have never had a problem with using the tracking system. Have always found it easy to use.

This is the most un-user friendly system I have ever used. What happened to www.canada post.ca and then a page pops up and you enter your tracking number. I have been folloing around in www. canadapost.ca email for the past 10-15 minutes and still have not found what I want.

Today I tried to track my parcel – your tracking site doesn’t work. I find Canadian tracking system very inconvenient and your site badly designed. Is there a problem with professional programmers in Canada?
During last two years Canada Post lost my parcel with documents sent to France( in 2010)- under investigation now, on other occasion it has delivered a very important document badly torn and deformed ( in 2008)- I got an apology from CanadaPost, but it didn’t resolve my problem with a totally torn document. I had to sent a torn document back by Federal Express to requesting a copy. In addition, Canadian Post working hours ( in Montreal) are extremely inconvenient for working people, it is 9:00-17:00, and I happen to work full time. And CanadPost offices in Pharmaprix is a disaster – the pesonnel there is extremely slow, often unable to answer simple questions about international delivery services.

I find the canada post shipment tracking to be complicated and hard to use.... why wouldn't Canada Post have a simple tracking site where you enter a tracking number for either a letter or a parcel enter the number and voila you have your information. Rather than having to peruse sites and cruise around inside that site to find where you enter your tracking number.
