   Hi,

   I am regular commuter via train, ane day I booked the ticket via IRCTC website and pay them through my credit card, but due to some error the ticket was not booked and the payment was credited from my card, and after many followups and complaint I haven’t get any response till date even I have send a written notice to the IRCTC people as directed by consumer court admin.

   My question is: If I booked the ticket via ITZ card and the some error happened, then what is the refund policy.
