Today is 2-28. My purchase was made yesterday. I, too, have been trying to access the survey site to register for my discount coupon. I am not able to enter any numbers in the “form” that appears on screen. What’s going on? If this incentive is going to be discontinued, let the general public know instead of blocking us out of the site.
Your 15% survey is a scam. Take it off the receipts and tell your salespeople to stop their pitch, no one can get on your intersite survey site and the 1-800 # that you provide is of no help. Keep it up and people will stop shopping at Penny’s. no one likes being lied to.

Your Survey system is broke. None of your customers can get to the Survey because your system won’t allow them to. You need to fix this or people will get frustrated. I have two days left before the 7-day deadline. Today is March 4, 2010.

I have tried and tried to get through and I can pull up the first page that has a place to type the code number in but it won’t let me type it in. I see that other people are having trouble too. I think something has to change if you want feed back back. I shopped at the Maple Grove store and have usuallly got great service there by the floor personal and the the check out personal. And back in the service dept. also. But you wouldn’t know it because no one can tell you. I thought that I was doing something wrong so I had my husband also try and he couldn’t get in either. I just left the store a few hours ago so I know that this receipt is acceptable. I am disgusted that Penneys has the most confusing websites I have ever used. I don’t want to call in any longer as they will charge $9 per call for making a payment, which cannot be used with a debit card, etc. So I have tried different times to access my account online with no success. I wish I could close my account to solve this problem but may have to go to the store to make the payments, and I don’t live close to any of the stores.
