Your Survey system is broke. None of your customers can get to the Survey because your system won’t allow them to. You need to fix this or people will get frustrated. I have two days left before the 7-day deadline. Today is March 4, 2010.

After reading comments from other customers I can see that it’s not me, its your website. All I want to do is make a payment for balance in full!! I can’t find a simple link to do tbis, so I will use the good ‘ol “check’s in the mail” option. You need to fix this system!
I have tried and tried to get through and I can pull up the first page that has a place to type the code number in but it won’t let me type it in. I see that other people are having trouble too. I think something has to change if you want feed back back. I shopped at the Maple Grove store and have usuallly got great service there by the floor personal and the the check out personal. And back in the service dept. also. But you wouldn’t know it because no one can tell you. I thought that I was doing something wrong so I had my husband also try and he couldn’t get in either. I just left the store a few hours ago so I know that this receipt is acceptable. Let me know what I can do to let you know when I have someone I what to thank for the service they have helped me with.

I am finding it almost impossible to pay my bill on line. You have the most confusing website I have EVER seen. Where is the tab, “Pay my bill” that should be right up on top when you first enter the website. I am so disgusted I am considering closing my account.

I am disgusted that Penneys has the most confusing websites I have ever used. I don’t want to call in any longer as they will charge $9 per call for making a payment, which cannot be used with a debit card, etc. So I have tried different times to access my account online with no success. I wish I could close my account to solve this problem but may have to go to the store to make the payments, and I don’t live close to any of the stores.
