I’m glad I saw all the comments before I spent hours trying to figure out how to use the bill pay website
I almost got suckered in to going round and round trying to figure out how to pay my bill online. Guess I’ll get out of my robe trying to pay it and head on out to the mall and get it done, in this case I’m sure it will be faster. Thanks for your comments.

I have notice that there are a lot of complaints in not been able to login to JCP in order to pay the JCP the monthly payment, and I have been browsing for a while and I can not login anywhere to make a payment to the JCP account. What gives? Is it for real that someone will make the login section a reality? I just hope I am not writing to express a complaint—but we need results in login in the JCP account without getting the round around treatment by the almighty JCPenny Corporation. Is there a reason why JCP does not have a Website so costumers can make their monthly or pay in full payments?

I have tried and tried to pay on line. there is no way. I pay all my bills on line and I have to make out a check and pay 44 cents to mail it. We live far from the postoffice so I can get another $39.00 added on. MAKE A USABLE WEBSITE!!!!

I was told that i can make my payment online using a debit card. How do i go about doing that? I just kept getting the run around while trying to figure it out…this website is difficult.

Site should be more user friendly. It is difficult , confusing and misleading to set up or use online payments. Why not follow the examples of other retailers (ie Sears). This technology has been around for many years. It’s time to get on board.

For some reason after spending hours on my computer to sign up and pay my JCPenney Bill online and wasn’t able to find correct website. Why? Well after all that I read replies from other people. Wish I seen replies first so now I’ll have to drive to town before I get a late fee! I used to pay my bill free on the phone but now charging $9.00 which makes it an inconvenience because I live about 15 minutes from JCPenney. Please fix your website.

I wonder if all of the above customers and myself have a case for a LAWSUIT against JC Penny? My account is past due, they then charge me all kids of late fees, and I still can’t pay the account on line……on line payment DOES NOT EXSIST!!! I think that is is a way for them to make the $9 when you call in the payment because their is no way to pay on line. I don’t know about anyone else…but I will never use the penny’s card again. I’ll pay it off and in the meantime…….SEARS & DISCOVER CARD sounds great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ihave bben a faithful Penney’s credit card holder for several years and have never missed a payment. I am a widow on a fixed income and am having trouble making ends meet. Last month was the first trime I have ever missed a payment. I will try to pay at least the minimum payment for May. Can you PLEASE lower my interest, so my payments will be lower!
