    Received letter concerning refund of over payment. Instructions to log onto website and leave details does not seem to exist.This is more than annoying. Please advise.

    I also have received a letter coded B/COS – looks like it is from Npower as the colouring of the logo is correct. the signed name is Julie Jagloski – Customer Services Director. Ther is no site for www.npower.com/your details this takes you directly to Cutomer services and there is no form available to complete. Please let me know what I am suposed to do. I do not want to ring the telephone number detailed as 08009757935 as this may be a scam.

    I too have received a letter code B/COS re a refund of an overcharged account, and cannot find the website mentioned. how do I claim the money stated in the letter? It seems I am not the only one who has had a problem with this. Is it a scam or are you genuinely refunding money?
    Please advise at your earliest convenience.
