WHAT A FARCE – WHERE IS THIS WEBSITE WHICH SUPPOSEDLY AUTHORISES THE DUE REFUND – WHAT A PERFORMANCE – WHY CANT YOU JUST SEND A CHEQUE AS ANY BONA FIDE BUSINESS WOULD DO – THIS IS AN UTTER DISGRACE YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO SURVIVE . I SHALL CERTAINLY BE MPVING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

    Dear nPower, (yr ref. 47155463745)

Yr letter (code: B/COS) invited me to contact you through this secure form, in order for me to
receive my ‘one-off payment’ of £28.93, which occurred when you over-charged me for gas
    during the period 2007.
My Ac. No. was 36455174, and the service was supplied to: 14 Goodwood Mansions, Stockwell
    Park Walk, London SW9 0XY.
You were supplying me with both gas and electricity from 2005 until 2009.

I have received a letter ref refund, however like so many others I cannot find the website to confirm my details on. I have never heard of a letter to take to the Post office before, why cant it just be a normal cheque I can pay into my bank.
Now I remember why I changed my supplier, the incompetence is still ongoing.
Please contact me to confirm what I am supposed to do.
    Regards C sanders

    Dear Sir/Madam

You sent me a letter regarding paying me a refund you ask for full name address details but you have no form on line to complete. This is bad management as this has now wasted my time and I will have to call you to sort this out. Why send letters out asking for information when you have not amended your website
