During first flash sale, Xiaomi and flipkart had done many bad things with customers. Many people have got message that still the phone could not be added to the shopping cart, but Flipkart has reserved a phone for you, so come back after 15 minutes to complete the order. People who received message like this had become angrier, when they recognized that the stock was finished with in seconds although filpkart sent message like this. Flipkart also suggests registered customers to stay connected with them at least two hours before the beginning of the sale to raise their chances of purchasing the handset. Many people did wait for 2 hours for pre-order, but they did not get any rewards after long wait.

Still, Xiaomi has no plans of delivering the sold units, any time before September 16. Flipkart’s Redmi 1S page mentions that the Smartphone will be delivered within 7-10 days but when the buyers reached at payment page the expected delivery date was changed and it was 16 September. This 15 day wait instead of the guaranteed 7-10 day delivery has got customers thoroughly dissatisfied. The question, however, arises that if Xiaomi is not capable to deliver the goods, then why they conduct second flash sale on 9th September even before the previous orders are delivered?

Out of total stocks, 2000 units were purchased by the paid registered users who paid an extra Rs. 599 and remaining 38,000 units were for the normal users. People shown great interest for the phone, but both Xiaomi and flipkart disappoint due to their bad service. For this sale, the online store might be more prepared, as well as the traffic is expected to be limited given that only those who have registered can book the phone now.

The phone is featured with several attractive features like DUAL SIM, Snapdragon 400 chipset and 8 GB flash memory. It has 1.6 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with Cortex-A7 core. It is loaded with Adreno 305 image processor so that you can play 3D games and enjoy HD videos. It also comes with 16GB internal storage that you can expand up to 64GB with microSD card slot. Its 4.7 inch touch screen display and 8 megapixel cameras are stupendous at this price point.
