YEIDA – The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has declared a public notice for the draw of their residential Scheme 2009, the draws were held on 17th Nov, 2009 at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida at 10:00AM. The draw result of the Eligible candidates for the YEA 2009-I Scheme, as well as the Yamuna Expressway Residential Scheme and Key Location Plan are also available here.
There was a Draw for Category D-500 Sq. Mtr. and Category E-300 Sq. Mtr, which was a computerized draw.
Basic Rate Applicable: Rs. 1400/- per sq. mtr. as prevailing for industrial plots.
Till the 30th -11 – 2009, the registered companies with a positive net worth may submit their EoI proposals and necessary information, viz. requisite of area, core activities, phasing and investment envisaged and business plans in the office of YEA.
