		<description>I have had a CITI card for several years, and have paid off each month. Last month with illness in the family, etc. I had not paid that month&#039;s bill which I&#039;d misplaced  I paid that bill with a late fee. I continued  with a few charges this month, but have not got any other communication except the one on investing in Medco but since I&#039;ve heard nothing else except a  couple of bills had been paid and we have a very small balance. . Then  someoe told me  our bills and money had probably been sent to my website. If  I knew this, I&#039;ve forgotten!  To sum things up, I called MC today and was told that all charges for last month had been paid through the computer and it was not so bad as I&#039;d been afraid of it. But, here&#039;s the problem: I don&#039;t have the smarts to figure how to get it back so that I can pay from home by check, etc. I called Citi bank this after noon and got a canned voice, so I couldn&#039;t find out.
