    we are supporting only Airtel right from the beginning.
    We follow the Hindu principle that once we are married we leave only when we leave this world for ever.
    We do not find any valid reason for changing to any other company.
    we have land line,cell phone and braodband through router .
    We are not unhappy with your service.
    But to get you is next to Himalayan Climbing.
    Your words are very sweet but you are not having the habit of following up and satisfying your own dear PAYING CUSTOMER who requests bill to pay off his her liability and payment always made before or in time.
    I wanted toling go for E C S system.but we are afraid of your BILLING SYSTEM.
    You are charging for the calls which we have not made.
    from September 2009 your tower went out of order in R.S.Puram. coimbatore
    We have only informed about that
    .We did not have any other reason to contact Airtel.
    there was no social obligation to give in marriage my son or daughter for all of them are married and well settled.

    the nodal dept simply passes the ball from one to the other

    I use 121 if necessary that too rarely.
    My landline is o.k. and my broad band is o.k.
    I wanted to go for Digital T.v. I contacted twice but the replies are not satisfactory.
    One gentleman told me to go and contact your nearest Airtel digital and get the details.
    what a wonderful reply for which he is given the job.

    I have never authorised Airtel to install DSL Usage Facility with my broadband connection since 20th November 2009. However, I observe that Airtel has started charging an amount of Rs.85/- pm. (plus tax) w.e.f. 23rd March 2010 till date. In this cconection, I draw your kind attention to my service request ticket number 31739090 inter alia on the above subject for wongly charging for DSL Usage Facility which stood resolved as acknowledged by your SMS dt.20/4/2010. I, therefore, request that the bills in regard to my above broadband connection may be rectified with adjustment/s of overpayment already having been made by me.

    We have received the Bill for the period 26/4/10 to 25/5/10 today i.e. 22/6/2010. The due date for the Bill was 15/06/2010. Your Bill Department has despatched the bills late and we have received the bill late. We are making the cheque for Rs. 609/- only as it is your mistake of delay in sending the bill in time.
