i can not log into my big pond emails through internet explorer why is that..

My E mail to inbox has been slowed down by Big Pond,because of over use of my monthly allowance.
That is irritating by itself, but now big Emails with huge attachements are coming in
triplet .
I get the same Emails at least three times, blowing my allowance long before the renewal date

i recently got an adsl brooadband connection.. account and email address on that is marilynbuckerfield1@bigpond.com when it connected i still able to receive my emails on outlook on my original address marilynbuckerfield@bigpond.com however my mobile brooadband then wouldn’t connect with the outlook program when i tried to use it , and the attempts to sort this and to sort out a problem when i couldn’t send emails but could receive them.. [i rang the help line] now leaves me unable to access my email on the original address except via internet access which has been slow and problematic..
and now i am having difficulties finding easy access to this!!
i am a novice.. what is the address to access my emails.. and how can i sort out the original problem!!
