i have used packet data internet (ideal cellular) through nokia phone via usb data cable. i have used maximum 2.30 hours in night time for AVG antivirus updations the file size is 69.9 mb. now i have received the bill amount Rs.3880.30/- erroniously as the amount is very high for the usage of 2.30 Hours so please clarify what is price rate and how they calculate the usage points.
