I didn't receive any more advertisements, nor did I receive Netflix online anymore which should prove to you that I had canceled Netflix..and yet I have been billed $18.52 per month since then which would add up to $222.04 for a year. Today I spoke to Ben, ID # 87328, who was a supervisor, and got nothing resolved except to refund my last payment and supposedl to cancel Netflix from this point on..(Have no proof of that either..no cancellation number or anything. I don't like the way you did business with me and think this is a "rip-off". I am definitely reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, and plan to tell anyone I know who is using Netflix about these devious practices. This date is 10/15/10.
