		<description>the last 2 dvd&#039;s I send back after viewing were reshipped back to me stated unviewed thats very interesting to me. I&#039;d sure like to know how you concluded that I had not veiwed them? At any rate I&#039;ve had to send them back to you and wait for the dvd that I thought I was going to get istead of the one I just watched! how can we corecct this ? I&#039;m I doing somethig wrong in the return process?

I didn&#039;t receive any more advertisements, nor did I receive Netflix online anymore which should prove to you that I had canceled Netflix..and yet I have been billed $18.52 per month since then which would add up to $222.04 for a year.  Today I spoke to Ben, ID # 87328, who was a supervisor, and got nothing resolved except to refund my last payment and supposedl to cancel Netflix from this point on..(Have no proof of that either..no cancellation number or anything.  I don&#039;t like the way you did business with me and think this is a &quot;rip-off&quot;.  I am definitely reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, and plan to tell anyone I know who is using Netflix about these devious practices.  This date is 10/15/10.
