User guide for BBU online banking:

Open the Online Banking User Guide page and get the services like Account Access, Viewing Transactions, Transferring Funds, Viewing Statements, Stop Payments, Transaction Download, Options and Security.

Account Access:

If you want to access your account, then enter the 12-digit ID assigned by the bank and press Submit button.

To verify your personal image is correct or not, enter your pin/password, and select Submit tab.

Viewing Transactions:

To view transactions, choose Transactions from the drop-down menu next to an account.

You can also see all previous transaction of your account, by clicking on Transaction History option.

Transaction Search:

BBU also provides services to search for your any account transaction by date, dollar amount, credit, debit, or check number. Click on Search from the Transaction sub-menu.

Transferring Funds:

From the drop-down menu next to an account, click on Transfers.

Then click on the From and To accounts from the drop-down menu. Transfer amount, frequency, and date of the transfer are to be entered in the required field. Click Submit tab to complete the transfer.

For Pending and Completing Transfers:

If you wish to view, edit, or delete a scheduled transfer, then click on Pending Transfers. For completing transfers, click on Transfer History lists completed.

Viewing Statements:

From the drop-down menu next to an account, click on Statements.

Statements are presented in PDF, HTML, and Text formats. Here you can also see statement history.

Stop Payments:

For stopping payments, select Stop Payments from the drop-down menu next to an account.

Fill up the required fields and select Submit. You have to contact the bank to edit or remove a stop payment. In accordance with the terms of your account, stop payment fees will be directly deducted from your account.

Transaction Download:

To download transaction, choose Download from the drop-down menu next to an account.

Select the Download Range and Format and click Submit button.

Options:

You can also change Personal, Account, and Display Settings and set up Alerts.

Personal:

Create an ID to use instead of 12-digit ID
Change PIN/Password
Update E-Mail Address
Update ID

Account:

Change Account Pseudo Names (nicknames)
Edit order in which accounts are displayed

Display:

Edit no. of transactions displayed by default
Edit Number of Accounts displayed per page

Security:

At the first time of accessing your accounts online, they will ask you to select and answer three Personal Verification Questions. For future online sessions, you will be asked some of these questions if they feel there is a chance of someone other than you is attempting to access your details.
