First Direct Internet Banking allows customers to manage their money from wherever they want. It is perfect combination of flexibility and control. You can also view different types of statement like 1st Account, Flexiloan, non-standard loans, Bonus Savings, e-Savings, Savings and Everyday e-Saver up to 72 months. You can request up to six years of previous statements free of charge if you ever need a paper statement. It is fully integrated with personal telephone banking.

For registration purpose, you have to visit the official website of the First Direct. Now, select ‘Internet Banking’ from the log-on menu which is given at the top of the screen. After that, enter your online ID number and setup a username and memorable password. If you are an existing first direct customer and want your online ID, call at 08 456 100 100. When you first login in your account, you will see balance screen which includes First Direct account balances, details and credit limits; and these are all bang up to date. You can also see various statements in just one click; for this ‘view statement’ option is available on the left side of web page.

On the balances or statements screens, you can pay your bills, transfer funds, set up standing orders, schedule payments, view or cancel your direct debits, etc. Text message option is also available; you should arrange your mini statement to your mobile phone on the day of your choice, showing your balance and up to five transactions each week or get a message when your account reaches a certain level.
