Using smile internet banking, you can save lot of time and money. To get started, First Float over the account login button at the top left hand side of the home page. Floating exposes a drop down menu-just click on “Bank login”.
Before you can access your account you require passing a number of security checks. First enter wither your 6-digit sort code and 8-digit smile account number or your 16 digit credit card number.
Next select the 2 requested digit of your 4-digit security code from the drop down menu. This code will be different to PIN number you use for your card. And reach at smile internet banking page. How to operate smile internet banking service after login?
After login you can pay bills, transfer money, view statement of your transaction and etc. Smile bank Customer gets your most recent transactions and view also previous account statements-just click on ‘previous statements.
Pay bills: For bill payment, select the account you had like the money to be taken out of, and then click “Create”. Next select bill type and then click ‘ok’. Fill up all the boxes, making sure you check the detail with recipient first. You can set up a bill to be paid in the future, simply change the date, and then click ‘ok’. Money transfers: You can make one off transfers between accounts you hold with smile as well as transfer money to other bank accounts. Creating new transfer is easy and similar to bill payment. For transfer money, simply click on previous transfer recipient you had like to send money and fill all boxes and click ‘ok’.
Secure messages: Use secures message service to ask question about your account. To write new message, click on send select related subject and then either your messages in the box, safe in the knowledge that it is for our eyes only when you have finished, click ok to send it. You can also receive secure message from the smile. When you get new mail, the secure messages link will flash you log into your accounts. To read the message, simply click on it.
Direct Debits: Direct debit service is always set up by the company receiving money from you so you can not create them-but you can cancel them. Just click on the payment you want to cancel, and then click “ok”.
