First of all, you have to visit to onlinesbi.com, and then you must have to choose your account i.e. from personal or corporate. You will find log in the right side, there three options are given personal banking, corporate banking and SBI F.A.S.T behind the log in. Hit on the “Personal Banking” first box and you will come SBI login Page. On this Page enter Your User Id and Passwords and Log in in Online SBI service.
If you want to login at Corporate Banking, please select your need on this menu and click on it. Follow the required info and you will login there. As it is same process for SBI F.A.S.T.

Your honour’s kind attention is invited to the following facts:-
1. That I have been granted housing loan @ floating rate of interest.
2. That at present the bank is charging interest @ 9.25%
3. That however the bank is charging interest @ 8% only on new home loans.
4. That this is nothing but discrimination.
5. That in this way the old,regular and good customers of the bank are being victimized.
6. That as per recent statement of the hon’ble DEPUTY GOVERNOR OF R.B.I. in his interview on television,he had very clearly stated that the banks should charge the reduced rate of interest on floating loans also,otherwise what is the meaning of floating rate of interest.
7. That it was further stated by him that in case the banks do not reduce the rate of interest,then the affected persons can file a complaint with the R.B.I.
In view of the above submission,your honour is very humbly requested to reduce our rate of interest also to 8%,from the date,the bank has reduced the rate of interest to 8% for new customers.
In case of failure by the bank to reduce the rate of interest,I will be compelled to file a complaint with the R.B.I., as per guidelines/directions given by the hon’ble DEPUTY GOVERNOR OF R.B.I. in his interview on television.
