Eligibility:
Legal residents of one of the 50 states of the United States, and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older are eligible to enter.
Memorable Holiday Moments Sweepstakes Entry Details:
To enter, go to www.sisterschuberts.com and share your most memorable holiday moment in 200 words or less. Entries must be original and created by entrant, and may not have won any prize or award. By entering, certify that your entry does not violate or infringe the rights of another, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, and that no part of your entry materials constitutes copyright infringement.
Promotion Period:
The Memorable Holiday Moments Contest has been started on October 14, 2009, and ends December 24, 2009. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m., E.T., on December 24, 2009.
Limit: One entry per household.
Prize (s):
One (1) grand prize winner will receive a prize package consisting of a 5-night trip to Riu Palace Mexico in Riviera Maya, Mexico for four (4) people departing from any of Apple Vacations charter gateways, including transportation to/from the winner’s home to the nearest Apple Vacation charter gateway, determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Round-trip charter air including any departure/immigration taxes and fuel surcharge fees, transfers to/from resort, five (5) nights accommodations, non-motorized water sports and food/drinks included in the Riu Palace resort all-inclusive package, and the assistance of an in-resort Apple Representative, approximate retail value of Grand Prize package: $5,000.

Privacy:
By entering the contest, consent to use of your personal information (including your name, mailing address, and email address) by Sponsor and its authorized agents for the sole purpose of administering the contest and fulfilling the prize to the winners.
Two Round of Judging:
1. First Round:
On or about January 5, 2010, a qualified panel of judges appointed by Sponsor will select one-hundred (100) semi-finalist entries (“Semi-Finalists”) on the basis of most heartfelt (40%), most meaningful (40%) and adherence to “memorable holiday moments” theme (20%). Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select fewer than one-hundred (100) Semi-Finalists if it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries.
2. Second Round:
On or about January 31, 2010, Sister Schubert, with a new panel of judges appointed by Sponsor, will select one (1) Grand Prize winner and five (5) runner-up winners from the Semi-Finalists, based on the above judging criteria. In the event of a tie, the entry among the tied Semi-Finalist entries with the higher score in the criterion of most heartfelt will be the winner.
