My number is 1-714-224-6047 and it is under Gary Margolis' name and he has three others as well. I don't know what is going on with the cell phone but I can't call out, receive calls, text messaging, listen to my voice mail, nothing. All I get is "Searching." I want to know if there is a problem at the company service department. Please let me know. Thank You, Kathleen Miller

My wife an I own a real estate agency in MA and have been a T-Mobile customer since day one ofour usage of cell phones. This past August my wife purchased a NEW T-Mobile G phone and I a NEW BlackBerry (BB)Touch. From the start my phone began having/giving me problems. Lost calls inconsistencies etc. Although the personale at the T-Mobile store a 590 Paradise Road Swampscott, MA 01907 attemepted to aleviate such problems they continued. Ten days ago I returned as my phone beccame inoperative, in that it would not turnon. I was told the problem was with the battery which no longer worked. They were unable to sell me one becuae BB would not sell it to them to stock in the event a replacement was needed by theri customers. They gave me a less sophisticated phone; no e-mail service, to use while I awaited the arrival of a new battery I would have to order from Amazon.com. I did so at a cost of approx $30.00. I was instruced to charge this Motorola loaner. In doingso I noted the Motorola phone had a BB charger. Curious I looked at my BB phone charge and was very surprised to see it wa a Motorola charger. I asked the T-Mobile store clerk if this might be a cause for the battery to break down at such a short unnatural amount of time, to Which he concured it may have. he then went and removed a BB charger from one they had in stock acknowledging I had had an inordanent amount of trouble with the NEW BB phone I purchased. When the new battery arrived I inserted it into my BB and the phone worked for about 36 hours when it locked up and became unusable. I returned once again to the t-Mobile store and the saleperson who initially sold me the phone contacted T-Mobile who said they would send me a replacement phone. yesterday (11/1/2010) I received not a NEW phone but instead a REFURBISHED Phone. contacting T-Mobile customer Service after two repeated conversations relavent to the aforesaid I was put on hold. Returning, Matthew told me I coud not receive a NEW phone but in liew of that I would be allowed to purchase another NEW phone at a discounted price. The good news would be that I then would have two phone at my disposal. The refurbished one and the second new one, which I could use in the event the new one broke while I awaited teh arrival af an new USED Refirbished BB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Needless to say I am very displeased and intend to litigate against T-Mobile under MA General Laws Chapter 93A. Which can afford to me trebile damages. Needless to say my company will no longer utilze T-Mobile as its carrier.

Today is my final day of searching for a number. I checked out all the toll free number providers. There was some that were cheap but in small print there was all kinds of extra fees. The only provider that was honest to me was tollfreenumber.org and they were very polite and helpful, I also found a terrific number. I will be ordering in a few minutes.. I just want to say thank you for all your help!!!
