Tata Teleservices operates GSM telecom services under the brand TATA DOCOMO and has been allotted spectrum in eighteen telecom Circles. Gsm Tariff Plan provided by TATA DOCOMO mobile India for all the calls as well as messages is mentioned here. 
Presently, TATA DOCOMO’s service is available in these circles including Chennai, Tamilnadu, Kerala, Orissa, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Mumbai, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh Kolkata, Maharashtra, Goa and coming soon to Delhi. It is expected that this service will start in all circles of India very soon.

I went to the shop for recharging for two mobiles with tatadocomo for rps 200 each on my sim card tatadocomo ,receive back a message of rps 200 but when I check my balance was only rps179.I don’t know why because it was full talk time like they told me at the first place .
