Dear Sir/Madam,

I had sent one small cover to Chennai from Bengaluru on 20.06.2011. Still not yet delivered. The document number is 234256631. If I am sending ordinary post, it will deliver promptly and cheaper also. I am sending to courier service for prompt delivery and short duration. Please to look into the matter and find the documents, where is it laying.

I sent a packet to Delhi – in Safdarjung Area on 15th Feb,the no is -222871141,booked from Dehradun.

This Important packet didnt reached till date today is 17th and Trackon head office is in Delhi.

I do not expect this type of week service from your reputed company.

Kindly deliver this as it is urgent.

This is to bring you notice that on dated 2/09/10, i had sent one mobile charger through dockit no 203273212 from jagadhri to srinagar. But till date its not delivered to the party. When i checked through trackon site,it shows that on 4/09/10 it was delivered from delhi to srinagar by air,but fact was that,those days srinagar airport is closed to lift or carry cargoes.When i deeply inquired from trackon head office,its came to know that consignment is been delivered through road on 7/9/10 to jammu,when srinagar is going to calm it will be delivered.They gave me lot of numbers to srinagar but not able to track my parcel any way.I asked one question if parcel is sent through road then why your fucking site shows the wrong status,when i complaint to nitish in delhi office he gave me fake complaint no that is 1258.what was that till date i am not able to understand.For this mail i give you one reminder,tell me exactly where my parcel is ? also indicate when it is going to deliver otherwise directly approach to sue.

Revert back immediately.
