Have been trying to access banking online to review account; was successful last week. Also spent over 20 minutes on the Customer Service 800# with no answer, so hung up. What happened to the Client Log In that was so easy and convenient? Kindly fix ASAP.

Reaching my account via computer is really necessary for me since I have moved to a different state from where the account is. I would hate to have to change because of a ridiculous problem like this.
I thought maybe it was just me that couldn’t Log In to my account, but, after reading all these many complaints I realize that it’s Well Fargo at fault. However I doubt that anyone from WellsFargo reads these. Please wakeup or you will lose a lot of clients. You were going to charge me 65.00 for a paper statement but you are not living up to your committment to give us access.

This is a joke! Why can’t I get into my account. Your most uninformative letter advises me to log in and view my documents by selecting Account Statement under the Account Services tab. Where the “H” is this hidden? What is YOUR problem.
