   Do you read these comments? I agree, this site is NOT user friendly. I tried to login on every possible site you listed and I NEVER got into my Wachovia account, which I received and email stating my account was ready for review. Good luck getting into this.

   You want us to signup for paperless account reporting. My wife& I have both signed up but cannot access our accounts. There Has to be a simpler& easier method of receiving the service we supposedly have signed up for. GET WITH IT.

   You provide NO phone contact AND make it impossible to get accounts online.
   Is this the way to run the #1 U.S. Investment Firm???? I think not.
   Someone ought to find out just where Forrester Research, Inc. gets its information.

   I agree – this website is impossible!!! I have to go back through my previous Wachovia site in order to log in and print my statements. Someone needs to make improvements pronto!!!

    This site is out of sink with the real world! Like all the comments above, I too am having a difficult and maybe impossible experience accessing my account. This site certainly is not (IS NOT) user friendly. I am also considering taking all of my business with Wells Fargo Advisors and transferring to another brokerage company.

    I usually have a lot of patience but this website makes me lose it. Unable to view my accounts since October. Problem with my Signon or Password. Spend a lot of time trying to get on and on the phone with reps but still unsuccessful. Wells Fargo, please fix this or you are going to lose a lot of customers.

    It simply doe NOT work. There is no way to access your Wachovia bank accounts.

    Thks for advising tax document is available – now if you will just tell me how to log in – you
    will solve a huge problem. Obvously others having same problem! Dpcuments already
    late (due 1/31) but completely unavailable!!!
