To create an account in www.NDPL.com, go on this page, fill up your information. To login enter the k number and your password. You can also print your bill by login.
You can also pay your bill without login, just with your valid Credit card/Debit card/Cash card. There are two options of without login bill payment, LT Consumer (Domestic), KCG Consumer (Industrial). For more information about without login bill payment, see here.
